A new circular is coming up concerning new VFR areas, following a meeting that AOPA had on December 7th, 2007. Officials of the Department of Civil Aviation and members of ATC cyprus exchaged ideas for improving the VFR flights in Cyprus.
C of A went up 900%. Is that legal? The law states clearly that before any increase all aircraft owners should be notified. Did anyone got notified.
AOPA has a meeting with the director of Civil Aviation for this and other problems on May 2007.
